Organization's Business Strategic Plan

Every human being has their own strategy to execute their tasks in daily life.

Strategy is Path and flow of collection of Plans to execute and reach any organizations or individuals vision & Mission,

“Vision is looking at planned future view and position what and how organizations want be in the future”

For example: My (organization) Vission is "to become a Pioneer in the world for PLM business &services".

“Mission is collection of objectives to execute and to reach Visionary statement “

For example: to make customers Happy in End to End PLM services, No compromise on Quality with best PLM service, Hassle Free PLM solutions for clients etc.

Most of the organizations undergo loss and will be failed to continue operations because of improper strategic plans.

Major point from Business Strategic Plan which should be planned well is, "To give Economical & Qualitative Product output with Customer satisfaction". To produce excellent Quality product, organizations need Skilled Employees, Good resources and excellent Materials and with that well manageable Project Team. To work with this strategic Plan Organization should save huge amount of time and money by trading off wastages in all resources and should work collaboratively to give Qualitative & Competitive Product output on time to Market to Delivery to Customer. By failing to execute this strategic Plan Organization will surly goes under loss or “Return on Investment” will be in negatives,

So making Business strategic Plan and executing this plan is very well important to win and survive in the Globalization competition world.
